Road
Knoxville is at the intersection of I-40 and I-75, providing convenient road transportation to D.C., Atlanta, Nashville, and the NC Research Triangle.
Greyhound has a depot in Knoxville, adjacent to Downtown. However transportation to/from the Greyhound station to the conference hotel will most likely need to be done in a taxi.
Megabus also provides low-cost busing from Atlanta, Cincinnati and Washington D.C. The Megabus stop in Knoxville is adjacent to Downtown at the KAT bus depot, however transportation to/from the Megabus station to the conference hotel will most likely need to be done in a taxi.

The best way to get around Knoxville is by car. Downtown is walk-able but beyond that car is the best option. There is a limited bus system.
